Below are our most frequently asked questions, however, they are not in any particular order of importance or frequency

1. What are your delivery charges?

UK Mainland :

Order value over £70 are delivered FREE.

Order value below £70 are subject to a £4.95 surcharge.

Orders requested for delivery before midday the next working day are subject to an additional £9.95 surcharge.

Orders requested for delivery before 9.30am the next working day are subject to an additional £19.95 surcharge.

Orders requested for delivery before midday on Saturday are subject to an additional £19.95 surcharge.

Orders requested for delivery before 9.30am on Saturday are subject to an additional £34.50 surcharge.

Please note order values and surcharges are ex.VAT.

If you order before 15.00 you will receive your order within 48 hours.

Please allow an additional 3/4 days for deliveries to Northern Ireland, where additional Charges may also apply depending on the nature of the products you have ordered, however, we will call you or e-mail these costs to you before shipping.

2. At what times during the working week can I place an order with licenseedirect.co.uk?

24 hours a day 7 days a week via our web site www.licenseedirect.co.uk although orders placed on a Saturday or a Sunday will be processed the next working day.  You may also call licensee direct at any time during office hours Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm on telephone number 0845 602 6051 

3. Do you have to be in the trade to order from Licensee Direct?

No, we can supply to anyone whether its a restaurant or Pub or an individual wanting high quality cookware/barware.

4. Do you supply your products to customers outside the UK?

Yes we do!   For Export enquiries, please e-mail sales@licenseedirect.co.uk  for a quotation.

5. Are you able to give me advice on the law relating to serving spirits in licensed premises?

Yes, with pleasure, please e-mail sales@licenseedirect.co.uk and we will be happy to answer your query.

6. I am purchasing products for a business, will I receive a VAT invoice?

Yes, you will receive an invoice clearly showing VAT, the price of each product and the total amount charged to your payment card.

7. I only have a company credit card, Is this still acceptable?

Yes we accept both company and personal credit/debit payment cards.

8. I am worried about giving out credit/debit card details online. Is it a secure method of payment?

It is with us.  All our transactions are carried out by HSBC. You will note that the yellow padlock appears in the bottom right hand corner whilst making your payment. This means the site is secure. We strongly recommend that you never buy from companies that DO NOT show this symbol.
