Return Policy
Licensee Direct will offer a full refund or exchange if an item is returned unused and in original packaging within 28 days of purchase.
If the item ihas been used or has been removed from the original packaging we can not offer a refund or exchange.
Faulty Items
If the item is faulty the product must be returned to be checked within 28 days and if found to be not working we will offer an exchange only. If the item is found to be faulty after the 28 days have elapsed the product must be sent back to the manufacturer under the warranty agreement.
